We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

4. Data Deletion Requests

Users of BookFlowX may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team at admin@cerolauto.com. To process your request, please include the Business Name or Phone Number associated with your profile.

Steps to Request Deletion:

• Send an email to admin@cerolauto.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Provide the business name or phone number used in the app.
• Our team will verify the request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

Data Handling:

When a deletion request is processed, we permanently delete the following types of data:

• Business profile information (name, description, contact details).
• Service listings and pricing.
• Customer contact information.
• Past and future booking records.

Note on Data Retention: We do not retain any personal data after a deletion request is fulfilled. However, anonymized transaction records related to payments (processed via Stripe) may be kept for a period of up to 5 years as required by financial regulations and tax laws. These records do not contain personal identification details once the account is deleted.
